Disney Lillian House is a stunning, highly rated 4-bedroom vacation home located in the beautiful gated Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. The home features 3 full bathrooms, a private heated pool and hot tub, game room, beautiful lake views, and is the second home from the clubhouse and resort amenities. Disney Lillian House comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Yes! Disney Lillian House has two private en-suite bedrooms, making the home especially comfortable for two families, grandparents traveling with family, couples or multigenerational vacations. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms altogether, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still staying together.
Yes! Our private game room includes a slate pool table, foosball, wall games, bar table and a Smart TV—perfect for family fun when you're taking a break from the parks or enjoying a night at home.
Yes! Disney Lillian House features a beautiful private heated pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the resort lake. It's one of our guests' favorite places to unwind after a fun-filled day exploring Central Florida.
Yes! Pool and spa heat are always included with your stay—we never charge extra. What's a spa without heat anyway :)
We provide a Weber Charcoal performance grill at no charge. We do not provide the fuels such as charcoal. Please follow ALL instructions and requirements for use of the grill. If you prefer an electric grill, we can arrange for our management company to deliver for your stay for an additional fee.
We provide a traditional 10/12 cup coffee maker.
Yes! Disney Lillian House includes a full-size Samsung HE washer and dryer for your convenience.
Yes, we provide a pack and play and a booster/high chair seat. Both should be in the master closet. We ask that you keep these items out after use so our housekeeping knows to wash them.
There should be a hairdryer under each bathroom sink!!
Yes! Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included at Disney Lillian House and throughout Terra Verde Resort clubhouse and pool deck.
The pool faces east, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching a beautiful Florida sunrise. Because Disney Lillian House is a single-story home with excellent backyard exposure, the pool deck also enjoys sunshine well into the afternoon.
Disney Lillian House comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with one king bed, one queen bed, a twin over full bunk bed, two twins and a sleeper sofa in the formal living room, making it a great choice for families, multigenerational groups and friends traveling together.
The driveway accommodates two vehicles. Additional guest parking is located a short walk from the home. Terra Verde Resort allows a maximum of four vehicles per reservation. Trailers of any kind and RV's are not allowed to be parked at Terra Verde Resort. There are many weekly storage locations around Disney Lillian House.
Absolutely! We love snowbirds at Disney Lillian House! We welcome extended stays of up to 120 days. We often offer great discounts for snowbirds too! The full kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, private pool and hot tub, four bedrooms and Terra Verde Resort amenities make it a wonderful and comfortable place for longer Florida stays.
Yes! We require all primary guests to purchase travel insurance. Vacations are an investment, and unexpected things happen—illness, flight disruptions, hurricanes and family emergencies.

Just steps from Disney Lillian House is the 6,000 sq. ft. award-winning Terra Verde Resort clubhouse and amenities, available for our guests to enjoy during their stay. It's the perfect place to spend a relaxing day away from the theme parks without ever leaving the resort! Amenities include a zero-entry resort pool and hot tub overlooking the central lake, poolside Tiki Bar & Grill, children's playground, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, table tennis, mini golf, shuffleboard, two stocked catch-and-release fishing lakes, cinema room, fitness center and sauna, games room, concierge desk, lounge areas, complimentary coffee, ATM and postal services, and more. Best of all, Terra Verde Resort amenities are included with your stay at Disney Lillian House at no additional charge. Clubhouse hours are generally 8 AM–10 PM, pool hours 9 AM–10 PM, and the Terra Verde Tiki Bar & Grill 12 PM–9 PM; resort and amenity hours are subject to change.
Yes! Terra Verde Resort is a beautiful gated vacation resort with controlled access, outstanding amenities, and a convenient location just minutes from Walt Disney World and Central Florida's top attractions.
Absolutely! Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and the home is yours for the duration of your stay. Terra Verde Resort's entrance gate is staffed 24 hours a day, so you can arrive whenever it's most convenient, even late at night.
Yes! All Terra Verde Resort amenities are included with your stay at Disney Lillian House at no additional charge. Enjoy the resort pool, hot tub, fitness center, playground, fishing lake, basketball court, volleyball court, and more. Some recreational equipment, such as mini golf or shuffleboard equipment, may require a small refundable deposit or photo ID while in use. **The resort does charge $25 for the gate card allowing access through the right lane, allowing you to bypass waiting in line for the gate attendant! The tiki bar does cost money :)
No. Terra Verde Resort does not charge a traditional resort fee. However, there is a one-time $25 gate access card fee, payable within 24 hours of arrival. Your gate card provides convenient fast-lane access throughout your stay.
The Tiki Bar serves a great selection of casual food, along with non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. They also have TVs and some fabulous, fun bartenders too! The Terra Verde Resort Tiki bar and grill is under new ownership, we'll post updates and the new menu soon!

Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home sleeps up to 10 and gives families room to spread out, plus a private heated pool, hot tub, game room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and lake views.
If you're traveling with a larger family or multiple generations, a vacation home can give everyone much more room than several hotel rooms. Disney Lillian House sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, including 2 en-suites, spacious living areas, a full kitchen and a private pool and hot tub. We're located in the gated Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee, approximately 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World main gates. You'll also have a game room, washer and dryer and access to all of the resort amenities.
Yes! Disney Lillian House is conveniently located on the southern edge of Orlando, for guests who want to visit both Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando during their vacation. Universal Orlando Resort, including Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Universal Epic Universe, is approximately 15–20 minutes away depending on traffic. That makes our Kissimmee vacation home a great home base for experiencing attractions throughout Central Florida.
Yes! Disney Lillian House is a great option for families traveling to events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, which is located at Walt Disney World Resort in Kissimmee, about an 8-mile drive! Staying in a vacation home can be especially convenient for athletes and their families because you'll have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, Wi-Fi, private pool and hot tub — plus plenty of space to relax between competition days.
Definitely! Disney Lillian House is a great home base for families traveling to Central Florida for cheer, dance, gymnastics, volleyball, baseball, soccer and other sports competitions.
Orlando and Kissimmee host major competitions at several venues, including ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, the Orange County Convention Center and other event and convention facilities throughout Central Florida. The Orange County Convention Center alone regularly hosts large youth sporting events, including cheer and dance competitions, volleyball tournaments and other national events.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and room for up to 10 guests, Disney Lillian House gives athletes, parents, siblings and even teammates the space to stay together. Yes! Kissimmee has a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and everyday shopping within a short drive of Disney Lillian House. Grocery and meal delivery services are also widely available. Visit our location page for our favorites!!
Feeling adventurous? Find the Brightline! It's such a fun way to see more of Florida without spending hours behind the wheel! Brightline's Orlando station is located right at Orlando International Airport (MCO), Terminal C, and connects Orlando with West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and Miami.
Make a day of it! 🌴 Head to West Palm Beach for lunch, shopping and the waterfront, explore Fort Lauderdale and its beaches and canals, or ride all the way to Miami for a completely different Florida experience. Brightline says the ride from Orlando to West Palm Beach is about 2 hours, while Orlando to Miami is approximately 3½ hours. Check Brightline out!
YES! One of the best things about vacationing in Central Florida is that you can do Disney, Universal AND a Florida beach trip all in the same vacation! 🌴☀️ Disney Lillian House is located between Florida's Atlantic and Gulf coasts, giving you several great options for an easy beach day.
Cocoa Beach is one of the easiest choices for a day trip and is a favorite for families who want some sand, waves and that classic Florida surf-town feel. Cocoa Beach is also on the Space Coast, so you can even combine your beach day with a visit to Kennedy Space Center. From the Disney area, Cocoa Beach is generally a little over an hour away.
Want something a little more laid-back? New Smyrna Beach has a fun beach-town atmosphere, a long Atlantic shoreline, great surfing and even designated areas where vehicles can drive and park right on the beach.
Or head west to the Gulf Coast and spend the day at Clearwater Beach. It's a longer drive, but you'll be rewarded with soft white sand, calmer Gulf waters and gorgeous sunsets. Pier 60 is a popular spot to hang around into the evening and watch the sun disappear over the Gulf.
And if you're up for a full-day adventure, Siesta Key, St. Pete Beach, Daytona Beach, Melbourne Beach and Anna Maria Island are all possibilities too. Florida really does let you choose your coast!
Our advice? Take a break from the theme parks, pack the sunscreen, throw some towels in the car and go put your toes in the sand. 🏖️🌴

Entry requirements depend on your citizenship and individual circumstances. Travelers from many Visa Waiver Program countries, including the United Kingdom and Ireland, may be eligible to visit the United States for tourism for up to 90 days with an approved ESTA rather than a visa. Canadian citizens generally have different entry requirements. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the primary airport for the Orlando and Walt Disney World area and the closest major airport to Disney Lillian House, approximately 23 miles away. Several airlines offer direct international service to Orlando, making it easy to begin your Florida vacation without connecting through another U.S. city. Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is another great option though it's about 53 miles north of Disney Lillian House. Another option is Tampa International Airport (TPA), which is 78 miles west of Disney Lillian House!
A rental car isn't required, but many of our guests find one convenient, especially when visiting multiple theme parks, shopping, restaurants and other Central Florida attractions. Uber, Lyft and other transportation services are also available throughout the Orlando and Kissimmee area. Looking for something a bit more personal? Driving laws and license requirements can vary depending on where your driver's license was issued. Before traveling, check current requirements with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and your rental-car provider. Remember that vehicles drive on the right-hand side of the road in the United States.
