PRICING AND BOOKING
Our standard nightly rate is $220 per night, plus housekeeping, property protection fee and required state and local taxes. We offer discounts often! Get your Quote!! Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas are priced according to demand. Pool and hot tub heat, Weber charcoal BBQ grill, wireless internet are provided at no cost to our guests. To book Disney Lillian House, we require 50% at time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to check-in. GENERAL POLICIES
- Upon booking, "Primary Guest" is required to sign our guest agreement via DocuSign®.
- Primary Guest is required to complete Guest Registration asap. Welcome Letter can't be sent until registration is complete.
- Required State and local tax at 13.5% included in your quote.
- Cleaning Fee $200 per reservation included in your quote.
- $79 Property Protection Fee, in lieu of security deposit, included in your quote, protecting you up to $1500 in accidental damages.
- Pool/spa heat, charcoal grill and WIFI included at no additional cost.
- All guests over the age of 18 must provide a government-issued ID upon booking completion.
- Initial Gate Pass will be given to the primary booking person only.
- Terra Verde Resort has a $25 per vehicle Gate Pass fee due upon check-in. Terra Verde does not charge a resort fee. All guests are free to use all of the amazing resort amenities. Some equipment may require a small deposit.
- When arriving at Terra Verde for the first time, you will need valid government-issued ID and Gate Pass to enter the resort.
- Within 24 hours of arrival, primary guest must check-in with the front desk at the clubhouse. All guests are required to purchase at least one 'gate card" at registration. The gate card allows you to use the fast lane on the right. Gate cards are $20 per card and are nonrefundable.
- We love our fur babies too, but our pup doesn't get to come to Disney Lillian House either :(.
- P20 sun cream is not allowed to be used at Disney Lillian House. The chemical in this product reacts with bleach, detergents and pool chemicals causing stains on chairs, clothes, linens and more.
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the reservation fee will be refunded as follows:
- 50% of reservation fee returned if canceled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
- 0% REFUND will be given if canceled within 59 days of Check-in Date
- The owner, at their sole discretion, may accommodate date changes, additional fees may apply, based on availability.
- We require our guests to purchase traveler insurance. A vacation is an investment in your family and time, insure it against unforeseen circumstances. You are more than welcome to use whatever company you prefer just make sure you're protected.
